What is ApiaryPilot?
ApiaryPilot is an apiary management app for hobbyist and commercial beekeepers that replaces paper hive cards with a complete digital record of every colony. It covers hive inspection journals, varroa mite tracking and treatment history, honey harvest logging with batch traceability, QR labels for hives and jars, seasonal task planning, branded PDF reports and AI insights drawn from your own hive data.
It runs in the browser on iPhone, Android, tablet and desktop with no app store download, and inspections keep working offline in the apiary. Plans start at €9 per month for hobbyists, €19 for teams of up to five and €59 for commercial operations, each with a 7-day free trial and full access to the ApiaryPilot Academy. ApiaryPilot is built in Antwerp, Belgium, and stores data in the EU.
